Not getting access to old account/ my packs

I use to own all the exspantion packs to the sims 3 when I was younger. Now I am not able to install any of them ☹️. They are still in my oldest computer, but it is crap. All the codes should be conn...

@methog33  Contact EA customer support with your codes and ask for help figuring out what you did with them.  I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
