Not getting Free SimPoints From Ads - FIXED - PLEASE READ HERE BEFORE POSTING A NEW THREAD

I have been watching the sponser ads for days now that are supposed to get you the free SimPoints, and after every ad it tells me I earned them and they should appear in my account in 10 mins to 24 h...

    no your not the only ones there are some threads on the forum about it BUT in this thread SimGuruHydra  yesterday

no your not the only one others are affected too there are some threads on the forum about it in this thread SimGuruHydra  posted yesterday about it

But thais doesnt answer my other questions. I know youre trying to fix this, but this thread is only other customers, like me, talking about thier experiences with the simspoints not working.
