Not getting Free SimPoints From Ads - FIXED - PLEASE READ HERE BEFORE POSTING A NEW THREAD

first th eppl that are here he;ping in the forums do not work here nor work for EA we are players of the game just like you we do our best ti help others who have run into the same kind of issues and found ways to solve most of the issues

for your world adventures did you go to your the sims 3 account

• Go to http://store.thesims3.com.
• Click on the 'Get Started' button (by the animated screen).
• Register your game through the screen that follows.
  Note: If you get an error message saying your game is already registered, skip to the next step.
• Click on 'My Account.'
• You should see a 'Redeem Free Sim Points' orange button.
• Click on the 'Redeem Free Sim Points' orange button.
• You should see a message pop-up asking you if you want to apply your $10 worth of SimPoints to your account. Click 'OK.'
• Your SimPoints should be automatically added to your account. 

as has happened others in the past because they ran into +an issue where either the epoints did not redeem or there was no redemm button or they only got 500 points instead you need to contact CS

as for the free simpoints again as a helper i have no contol over that or how the sponsers and TS3 operate that end of it

unless you have an adblock on and need to allow TS3 in or turn the ad block of for the TS3 site or try clear the internet cache or a different browser

The past 2 weeks have been horrid, most ads will not load properly (Nicorette and IOGO). It such a waste of time. Does anyone monitor these. I estimate I have lost at least 1500 points.

Did they fix your problem? My just disappeared after I bought a compilation from the store.

Nope. I've been having the problem for the last two weeks. I've tried opening a case, two actually, and they closed them down without responding. I've tried a new post on this forum with no help. I'm out of idea's. It's like EA doesn't care anymore. ☹️ 

I have been having issues with not getting the free Simpoints. I have watched tonnes of videos over the last 3 days but not received any. At first I just thought 'okay, it says up to 24 hours, that's fine,' but it's been over 72 hours for some of them now, and still I keep watching, and still no points. Even though this is an old topic it's very relevant, and it seems I'm not the only one having issues.

YES!! I spent a while trying to get points and it Still won't give them to me... Well I will wait until it works again.

The case I opened for this issue was closed. I never got an email or response from EA! 😠
