not letting me log in due to it needing updates that i cannot find

It keeps saying i cant login until i update in the launcher, i go to do this, but there is no "updates" tab. Its not working. it wont let me log in. and it's getting really annoying. I just downloaded a bunch of store content, which i cant access unless im logged in. i can log into the launcher, but not once i get in the game.
