Notline Bling- Poor customer service and pitiful product support

Bought the Sims 3 last year in 2015 as a method of wind down time from my busy job and studying for my career.  However some of the games such as Medieval pirates and nobles as well as just Medieval, Sims Seasons and Sims University Life never worked.  I had every intention of complaining and demanding a refund however when I finally got around to doing so I had a rude and poor communicative worker on the phone line tell me I should have completed this within a 2-3 month period post-purchase.  Sorry but I don't have time to wait for an 1hr online for support for a downloaded game in order to be treated like * and be told there was nothing he could do as well as having for me to break down the issues, my attempts in resolution of the games and that I was more than willing to download patches and other forms of support. Frankly, EA has been a severe disappointment as I thought a company of this grandeur would be able to provide resolutions and a positive workforce in order to represent them.

Tried to troubleshoot with online support but the current issues I'm having are as followed.

SIms Medieval and Pirates and Nobles: Can be installed, however content looks half complete and unable to launch and never got to play it.

Sims University Life: Crashes once installed and effects the other expansions causing them to not work leading to me uninstalling and reinstalling everything again.

Sims Seasons: Bought recently, was incredibly excited as I heard this expansion was one of the best and once purchased the content appeared as though it was already installed however I never downloaded or launched the content and therefore never got to play it.

If anyone can help would be great, however I'm feeling less than hopeful following my awful conversation with the rude man on the hotline.
