Online dating in sims3 not working

I have been using the online dating absolutely fine until yesterday, now the sim just leaves the computer when I instruct to browse profiles. Can check messages, create and delete profile don't know w...

Is it just that one Sim ? If so, try moving him out and back in via edit town.

No unfortunately it's all sims I have tired deleting profiles on all and restating .... No joy

        Do you have the same issue whe you start a new game for testing purposes ?

        Also try this: Go to documents\ea\thesims3 and delete these files
        • CASPartCache.package
        • compositorCache.package
        • scriptCache.package
        • simCompositorCache.package
        • socialCache.package
