Origin and Sims 3 Password Issues

Hello!

So I am unable to access my Sims 3 account, for some reason I was able to the other day, but suddenly am unable to anymore. I tried doing the "forgot password" though I just get redirected to the EA site for Origin. I know my Origin password, and I know my Sims 3 Community password (also the same password to log in once I play)...so why isn't it working? Is anyone else reporting having this issue?

I would like to know how to go about resetting my Sims 3 password, yet again?

Hi delphiix,

For all questions about your account or password, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.

That would be great if I wasn't directed to a page entirely in Arabic when I go to reset my Origin password. I created a new Origin account in hopes of finding a viable answer as to why my passwords (that I did not change) will not work for either the Sims3 site or Origin. I was able to access the Sims3 site several days ago with no problem.
