Hi, I've recently upgraded from a laptop to a desktop and havent used Origin or Sims on Origin (Been using PS4) so when i got my new computer I downloaded Origin and attempted to download Sims 3 and all was well until the last two expansion packs (LATE NIGHT and UNIVERSITY LIFE) weren't downloading and this message was coming up
'We're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection, or try again later.' this didn't originally annoy me as its happened before so i waited until the next day and attempted again and the same message kept coming up and all attempts to fix it have failed. Here are some things to note;
- It doesnt come up when attempting to download other games such as Sims 4
- Wifi is working with other apps such as google, youtube and netfli
One of the main remedys was to delete and redownload Origin which I did and now Sims 3 (BASE GAME) will not download and getting the same message come up 'We're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection, or try again later.' Ive tried to contact EA and no reply. I have no idea how to contact Origin because whenever i contact Origin it takes me to EA. Ive tried to send the Crash Reports and nothing. Desktop isn't second hand it is brand new and apart from this Origin is working fine and have no other issues
I dont really want to play Sims 4 on PC since I have all the expansions bought on my PS4 and was really exicted to return back to Sims 3. PLEASE HELP!!!
