Overwatch Mod for Sims3

Had a frien install overwatch mod last night and then bought the late night expansion pack and installed it this morning. When I tried to play the game it told me I have the overwatch mod and when I clicked the okay box another box was behind it that had two buttons with retry on one and quit on the other but the box doesn't tell you what it is you are trying to retry or quit and my only option ends up being quiting because when I hit retry the box pops right back up.  What do I do?
