I just found one that should help you, you'll have to go to lot traits and challenges. under 'lot challenges" and then select "gender and more not allowed" then in live mode go to the door you want blocked select the sims (Children, Teens, Young Adults, Adults, Elder, Men, Women, Alien, Vampire, Ghosts, Celebrities, Fans, Paparazzi, Kleptomaniacs, Mermaids, Non Occult Sims, Spellcaster, Werewolves) or any combinations you want. hope this helps you.
