Added a new question about your game region/country and if you have digital download or dvd

And to answer my own questions:

- Were you able to patch ? YES
- What expansions/stuff packs do you own ? Currently only base game and 70ies installed
- What Patch level were you at before patching ? 1.48
- What is your Region (last two digits of the base game version number). Country will also do and if you have DVD or digital download ? Base game is region 2 (Europe), 70ies stuff pack is Region 17 (download version)
