That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

Somebody may be having a bug with the collections tab where they only have 1 collections folder, despite having most of the EPs and SPs. I haven't seen any sign of anyone else having this problem.
I am also guiding an individual through fixing a possible issue they are having with the generations sliders disappearing. I suspect this issue was caused by their mods and will require a clean install, but I want to guide them through getting rid of their CC safely first to make sure they know in the future how to do it.
So far, I haven't seen many other bugs. One person was complaining that their game has been crashing whenever they attempt to load but they too had mods and CC in their game, and that's likely what's causing it.
