That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

It's the only solution I have to this error. Try the technical section. It's definitely not a new issue. Do you maybe have some other software that might be interfering ?
It could just be that everyone is downloading it now so its stressing the wizard so ill just wait till later and see if thats it. if not maybe when i get the pets expansion it could fix the issue.
