Pets Bug Thread

My game as been SO BUGGY since I installed the Pets demo a few days ago. My Sims traits changed completly and I have no idea how to get them back again, my Sims wanted to skinny dip with his mother, my sim freezes and does not move even if I cancel the action instead I have to restart the game to get my sim to move, actions freeze and even though they are there I can still play the game, however they stick over the other actions, a sim came out of a pool and still had the ripple animations around him, if I insert the CD (Generations)to play it tried installing it again, when I intereract with a sim the sim friendship bar gets little red down arrows even if there is a friendship plus above their heads and they like each other more, it doesn't close properly when I quit instead I have to ctrl + alt + del and end process, when in build/buy mode the music doesn't stop playing what I switch back to live mode and does not stop until I quite and restart the game! There are other bugs too and its starting to make the game really unplayable, especially the traits bug and when I have to restart the whole game because it takes a while to load, normally that isn't a problem but when your doing it every forty minuets it gets annoying. I don't know where else to report these bugs. I knew that others had some problems with the game after installing the demo but I thought all that was fixed =[ I have all the Sims 3 EPs, no stuff packs and I have no mods installed and never had any mods installed. Two bugs, it trying to install repeatedly and the fact it wont quit completly has been there when I installed Generations and did not come with the demo. Please help!
