That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

I noticed pets can't climb stairs??? It's a normal staircase but seems to get the walk sign crossed out above it's head each time! Is anyone else having this issue? No CC and it's just a regular staircase. :(
Puppies/Kittens can't climb stairs because the game mechanics claim they are too small and unable to reach the distance. Basically, treating them like Toddlers.
If they are not puppies/kittens, then it's a routing bug. Go through the usual process (Uninstall mods, delete cache files, etc.) and see if you can duplicate this error in a new saved game.
