That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

I think this is a glitch because pets do not have lifetime wishes. When I was re-creating my cat, Oreo Cookie, the lifetime wish setting was greyed out. Don't know why it would affect Sims, but it seems to be related with each other.
they were grown-up sims O_oi just want to make new sims T_T
