That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

@mewsister: Are you using any cc or mods ? Did you try moving furniture/stairs around in the house or try another house ?

@rubyslippers99: I'm really not a techie, so I don't know anything about graphic cards but chipsets are generally a little underpowered for the game. Did you add the ts3w.exe to DEP ? Check first post for infos
