plants in garden stopped producing

I heard this was a glitch in 2012 for WA. Is this not fixed? It has been over two human weeks since I harvested anything. I replanted the whole thing yesterday, but I just looked and I have a garden full of seedlings. I'm about ready to uninstall the whole game and forget it unless someone can offer me a solution to this.

Do you have seasons ? The bug is not that old. The problem is that plants usually get stuck in harvest state but not growing at all seems curious.

Only solution I have is using a mod (at your own risk, EA does not support that solution). Let me know if you want to go down that road.
