Playing sim3 without Internet connection can this be done
Without Internet for few days while they work on the line. So I can't log into origin. And without loging into origin I can't play my sim3 what can I do to get around the login process

You can put Origin in offline mode and then you should be able to play. You don't need to login ingame in Orider to play.
In Origin there's a drop down menu in the upper right corner. There should be an option to put it in offline mode but if there isn't a connection you might be in offline mode automatically.
Can you not start the game without logging in ?
