Please help me, Barnacle Bay??

Question

I got Barnacle Bay last year, downloaded it normally with the redeem code but then my computer broke, so I had to get a new one, but I didn't bother downloading the sims 3 until now. So I tried to download barnacle bay again and it said my redeem code had already been used, I spent money on that game and they are saying that?! What the actual ****. And, since I got my sims 3 base game second hand, I can't even register my game on the site because the previous owners already did, I mean seriously? Because of that I can't even post the problem on the forums.

Please help me!

Barnacle Bay is a Store world that gets added to your Store Purchase History. You don't need to redeem the code again, simply go to your purchase history and re-download from there: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

Where did you redeem it at ? Maybe on another account ? Do you have any EPs at all ? If you can't register the base game, to which account did you add Barnacle Bay (sorry, I'm a bit confused here)
