I talked to do advisor and she said the game will release tommorrow except these countries in Europe : Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland; Luxembourg, French Guyana, French Southern Territories, Mayotte, Monaco, New Caledonia, Polynesia, Reunion, Austria, Liechtenstein, Netherlands Antilles, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia
I'm a US customer and somehow my order got flagged as one of the Euro releases and I haven't been able to resolve my problem either despite two contacts with EA customer support who verified my copy is in fact for US release and paid for by a US bank credit card and my residence is here as well.
I've done everything - uninstalled and reinstalled the Origin client and restarted and still cannot download the game. It states it's to be released June 27th, today, at 6:00 pm, and I've been waiting since the US release of the 25th and unable to play a game I specifically pre-ordered. It's very frustrating.
