problem in what I post through the exchange program

I used to send my Sims through the exchange program...I had no problem...Until the past week...I wanted to send my sims to the exchange but I can't...I'm very upset!I don't know what to do...Please help me!

  • Did you try to contact customer support through live chat ? Tell them that you've tried the forum and that you want help from THEM

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    I've tried the suggestions I didn't found solution to my problem...I've posted in SimGuruRuskii's thread but I didn't receive any answer..!Also I can not view my messages in my account since I became a member at thesims3.com.I informed in my message about that to SimGuruRuskii's forum.I don't know what else to do..!

    The system messages are broken for everyone not living in the US. EA is working on a fix.

    I wish I could help with the Exchange issue.

    One think you could try (just for testing purposes) is create a fresh user folder and try without anything installed. Your stuff won't be lost, you can later put it back.

    Just rename the folder documents\electronicarts\thesims3 to documents\electronicarts\thesims3_old (don't delete that's all your stuff) and then start the game. A fresh folder will be created. Start a new game and create something simple and try to share that.

    If it works, you can add your stuff from the folder thesims3_old back to the newly created folder thesims3. Start with your savegames (all cc will still be gone so don't start any games that use cc) and then try again.

    Thank you very much for your help!I'll try the suggestions you told me...I don't know much about computer folders as you do...Your instructions are very helpful really,I hope I can make it...

    I tried the solution it was easy with your instructions!But unfortunatelly nothing happened..!I don't know what else to do...Anyway thank you very much for your help!

    I don't know either. The Exchange issues are a puzzler to me and I don't know what's causing them.

    You may want to post in the tech forum at the official forum to see if anyone has another idea.

    It has been a long time since the last message I sent to ask you for help!Αlthough, you are the only person that tried to help me..!I sent messages to some of the SimGurus even in the tech forum, but nobody answered to me...And none member answered to me as well...I didn't want to bother you but I'm a little desperate about this whole situation..!
