Problem with buydebug garden plants and custom world

it might be helpful for somebody: I had the same problem, (plants from uviversity and supernatural were only dirt without leaves, and didn't grow, I've checked them by nraas, and it was looking like they are "broken" I couldn't set "next growth state" etc.) I found thay it was because of this mod: https://modthesims.info/d/352788/plant-eggs-cheese-steak-and-burgers-without-doing-the-opportunity-update-11-22-10.html. I removed this mod and then all plants bought in buydebug mode were normal.
