Problem with redeeming my Sim3 starter pack?

I purchased the Sims 3 starter pack ( Late night + High end loft ) and I redeemed them on the Sims 3 website.Two days later they still haven't showed up in my purchase history, and Origin. Can't download either because it says the code has been used...?
