problem with sims 3 island paradise

hi guys ..

i know that has been asked before .. sorry

i have sims 3 island paradise, when i setup it always says " the sims 3 needs to updated before this product can be instelled. setup will now attempt to update the sims 3 "

and i open support/updates/ TS3_1.55.4.0220xx_update says " the setup has detected that no version of the sims 3 installed. this update requires that a previous version of the application be installed "

i have tried before download TS3_1.67.2.0240xx_update but i get the same answer.

i use windows xp and i bought the sims 3 DVD also i download origin.

please help me ... i have this problem over a month ago 😕mileysad:
