Problems downloading University Life
I've been trying to install "University Life" on my PC but it'll get close to finishing the download then a pop-up will come up saying this; "File: E:\GameData\Shared\Packages\FullBuild_p18.package...

Make sure you have non of these programs that could conflict with Origin: https://help.ea.com/article/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin
The only thing I had on that list was AVG. I turned it off and it still had the same thing happened.
What is your base game version right now ?
To find out, open your launcher and hover over the little base game icon in the lower left part of the launcher. It should say 1.50.
