problems registering a game on origin

Contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check then,only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to check what went wrong and provide you the help needed to solve it .

1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

3. Click Find Solutions

4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

5. Click: Find Solutions

6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

The Window Will Open...
You’ll now see the currently available contact options(Depending on your game). These may vary depending on your geographical location and the time of day. Phone or Live Chat are the best options.

For customers in North America:

• Select "Call me."
• Enter your phone number.
• Select "Submit."

For Customers outside of North America:

• Go to the "choose a contact method" section
• Contact us using the telephone number provided within the listed opening hours

I am having a nearly identical issue with Dragon Valley, bought through Origin no less!

I've been charged,

I got the email order confirmation almost immediately

I  got the codes very soon after that
I could not enter the code in Origin, they spat an EA link for entry so I entered there and they were accepted

When I download without a Launcher open, the download process spawns a launcher version 1.63.4.(something) and the whole install throws an error.

When I open a launcher on my side (1.63.5) I get downloaded ok (ther they are in my file system now)

It shows up in my "Installed" content in the Sims3 Launcher, but not on the Origin side of things and isn't availabel when I start the game.

The 'Advisor' had me uninstall and reinstall it. Being too frustrated to pursue it right now I''m just writing it off til tomorrow.

Store worlds don't show on Origin.

It should be availble on the lists of worlds when you start a new game. Does it not show up on that list ?
