Problems with service staff - with butler/maid

Hello,

The butler/maid running away all the time and running to the movie yard and hanging out all the time in that area.

I can not keep him at home, once I fired current butler new one just come up to my fence, picked the car up and driving out to the movie yard, even I am in friends relationship with him. This problem does have thousands players, that listed in other forums. Seems to be a bug in the game, please check if it possible to fix that issue. I appreciate any help, very tired to fight with it.
