Problems with taking a photo with a Friend

Please help!Ever since I updated to Patch 1.55 My Sims can't take a photo with a Friend! I had a online chat with a EA Advisor who said to uninstall the base game, Reinstall it manually and reinstall the patch manually too.I did this and my Sims still can't take a photo with a Friend! The Romantic photos are fine though! ☹️Does anyone know a fix for this problem please?!Thanks! 🙂

I have the same issue, totaly the same also since the newest patch.

I spoke to a really lovely and helpful EA Advisor who said he will flag it up to a higher member of staff and he would try his best to get a fix for it in the next patch 🙂 So that is great news! Hopefully it won't be too long a wait for the next patch! 🙂
