Product expired
When i try to play The Sims 3 it says my product has expired and i should contact support, can anyone help me?

although some browsers seem to work better for live chat have you tried firefox or IE
i hope you do get sorted soon
actually I AM USING firefox :P still cannot connect to live chat, and didn't get respond to email, so i'll have to wait i think
