Product expired
When i try to play The Sims 3 it says my product has expired and i should contact support, can anyone help me?
problem still not solved, EA didn't respond my mails and live chat is not available

try also make sure you have proxies turned off
Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server
i'll post this else where to see if any one has other suggestions/tips

i have no idea why EA is ignoring my mails... i bought sims 3 in humble bundle and game code has expired... maybe i should ask humble bundle then?
there wa san issue sfor ppl with the humble bundle codes when it was first odne the codes wern't long enough or something ppl had to log back into the huble bundle accounts for the codes to be updated after EA had fixed the issue
