Product expired

When i try to play The Sims 3 it says my product has expired and i should contact support, can anyone help me?

    i believe from what i've heard some ppl said it was two weeks before they got a replyvia emails  i don't know how true that is though i'll keep searching around for other info

    Hi rumbutter and im kinda sorry for not helping this other person but could you look at my question? its name Re-install it? and i REALLLLY need help on this..

  • I just found out why your chat isn't available, they've closed down the chat for saturday and sunday evening, which sucks for me too because i really need help with my game and no one will reply to me.

  • Live chat is available under 5 mins for both UK and American, no matter how long i wait :/
