Product not found error
I bought the Worlds Bundle Pack and tried to install it. Although the installation finishes, game launcher reports an error like"Product not found". I also tried to put pack files to My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Downloads then install it. I can see Hidden Springs in Game Launcher>Downloads and select it. However it also gives an error. I have already installed latest update. What should I do now?
