Promo code not working

I recently purchased the sims 3 World Bundle for Monte Vista & Hidden Springs. It says on the cover of the case that it includes a Bonus Choc-O-Falls Fountain. However everytime that I enter the code it tells me that it is an invalid code. I am a long time of EA and have never had this happen. This greatly dissapoints me that I am having this problem, also that I am not able to call the company directly to get this issue fixed.
