Upon loading the disc into the ps3 a message pops up stating an update 1.02 is required. I have attempted this download with a wired connection at least ten times following all advice from EA and Playstation including changing port numbers and I cannot get past the install screen. Once the install reaches 100% the game freezes. I just want to play my game. How can I?
Community AdminCan you please try to delete your game data utility? It's possible that this got corrupted. Deleting it and re-downloading the update should help.

I have done that several times. I have even wiped the system completely clean and started over and it still does the same thing.
