Purchased download not visible in Origin

Yes i purchased on Origin. Already tried that, I've even uninstalled sims and reinstalled  but orgins still doesn't pull up my purchased games. Weird part is it will show up on my laptop and not my tower.

Did you check on the website or the client itself ? Try clearing all browser caches of IE and the browser you are using on your desktop.

What's the difference between the two ? Different OS ? Different Browser ?

I'm having the same problem. I bought the game, but the download is not available. (request or 16724138323). I`m furious.
