Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Just bought Hidden Springs to add to TS3.  It shows "Installed" on the app but does not show up in the game.  I've searched for answers and can't find anything that helps.  Same thing happened with Monte Vista  - bought a few years ago but never could play it.  Does anyone have a fix?  I'm so freakin frustrated with this BS!!!  ...thank you :(

    Same Problem here! 
    I waited 24 hours and my Hidden Springs and Monte Vista still not in my game or store.

    i GOT THIS! When u get an E-mail from EA where u have ur purchase and everything. U need to click on the top "Show in the browser" and then u gonna see the codes!!! :D I hope it helps bcs ppl from EA don't know they own game. Then u need to go to The Sims 3 Store and reedem codes :)

    I had already redeemed the codes from the email, so can't redeem them again.  On my "Manage add-on" page on Sims 3, both Hidden Springs and Monte Vista have "In-game content" printed below their titles.   The other add-ons listed on the "Manage add-on" page - such as Seasons, Generations, Ambitions, etc have "Installed - xxxMB" under each add-on title.  I installed Hidden Springs and Monte Vista yesterday and the installation was confirmed as successful.  But the issue is that these 2 installed add-ons do not show up in game play.

     I went through this a couple of years ago after my first purchase of Monte Visa & Hidden Springs.  Back then I chatted with EA a few times, did the run around fixes that didn't work (wasted a lot of time) and was finally told it was a "known problem" that they were diligently working on.  haha!!!  So, I thought I'd give it another try and purchased Hidden Springs again a couple of days ago to give it another go.  After reading some recent posts about others having the same problem and EA giving them the same "it's a known problem we are working on".  I've decided to report the purchase to my bank as non-delivered merchandise and got a refund.  Don't have the time or patience to mess around with EA again.
