Purchased Item not appearing in Purchase History

I recently purchased the "Monte Vista" town bundle from the online store and the purchase is not appearing in my purchase history tab.  I have waited several hours for it to appear but nothing appear...

I had the same problem.  But after an hour or so, the Download button did finally appear on the Monte Vista page and I was able to download it.  It's been two days and it still doesn't show up in my Purchase History.  I wish EA would fix this problem.

Same exact problem. I purchased Monte Vista over an hour ago with the 100 Sim Points. Nothing appears in my purchase history. I do not have the option to dowload in my download bar.....
