what about when they say they're installed and they will not show up in game?

I tried everything you told me to do. Nothing worked. I'm about to uninstall everything and start all over because with trying to get my lady ravendancers spell book, i lost everything else i have purchased from the sims online store including two worlds, two hair styles, everything. It's all gone and says it is installed into buymode and main menu. It never shows up anymore.
