@ManeEvent4U2 Strange, I could have sworn that there were more resolution options than that. I just checked on the mac side, and there are a bunch of 16:10 ratios, but no 5:4. Still, you should be able to change the resolution manually. Again, it's best to use a clean game folder, in case this makes things worse.
Inside the folder, there's an options.ini file. Open it with a text editor; whichever option Windows offers is probably fine. Find the line that lists the screen resolution, and change it to 1280 x 1024, the resolution of your monitor.
If this doesn't help, or makes things worse, delete that options.ini file, load the game again to the Main Menu screen, and put it in windowed mode. Then quit and try the same edit.
I'm guessing by this point that there is probably no fix for my issue, and that I'm just gonna have to deal with it.

@ManeEvent4U2 Unfortunately, you're probably right. As I said in the beginning, your system is under the recommended specs to play TS3 and most of its packs. Different players can get different results from the same hardware, but there's only so much you can expect from an integrated card.
If I didn't mention it before, you could always try Windowed Borderless Gaming to see whether that makes a difference. It might not, but the program itself is easy enough to use, and popular among TS3 players.

I tested it out just like you suggested, unfortunately, it didn't do anything to help. It really sucks that I can't seem to find a fix for this :/ Oh well, hopefully we get a new graphics card soon.
Thank you so much for all your help, I really appreciate it! 🙂
