@pumpkinpoo1000  Do you play in fullscreen or windowed mode?  Does switching modes help at all?  If you have a strong graphics card, the lines may be due to an uncapped frame rate—TS3 has no working fps limiter of its own.  Or it could be due to an underpowered card that's unable to keep up with the demands of the game.  If you're not sure what kind of card you have, please run a dxdiag and attach the results here (use the Browse button).

What tool you use to limit fps, and hopefully take care of the lines as well, will depend on what kind of card you have.

Please also list the packs you have installed, in case this is an issue of an underpowered graphics card.
