@Dauphin_divin  If you have the codes that came with the packs, which you'd have needed when you were installing at least, you can try registering them now.  The Sims 3 Store site is more reliable than the EA App; sign in with the same email address and password you use in the App, then click Register a Game at the bottom of the page.

If you can't register your packs, is it possible you added them to a different account at some point?  In that case, if you can login to that account or establish you own it, you can ask EA customer support to merge that account with your current one.
