@katelynn9144 You can't transfer packs from one account to another, but you can have two accounts merged. If that's what you want to do, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help.

@katelynn9144 Yes, as long as you have access to both emails (so you can prove the accounts are yours), it's not a problem.
@carterlatirra Then you'll need to go through the recovery process to restore access to that account.

Okay, say the one account is a friends old account, we do have access to the email(s), but it’s her name on the account, not mine. Would we still be able to merge the accounts possibly?
@Fluffy_Dinoz I'm sure that EA support would tell you that's not possible, that it's against the terms of service, even if your friend is okay with it and has provided all their account-related information to you.
