Sorry I am responding back late. I cleaned out my history and my website data. I also went to go delete the email bin from the Sims 3 download folder but there was no file. I am able to sign in through the store.thesims3.com and I am able to download content from there as well. I included an image of what happens when I sign in after cleaning my safari and not having the email.bin in my downloads folder.
@nessatay2223 Interesting. What version of macOS do you currently have? I'm curious not just about the name but the build number. You can see it with the other system info in About This Mac.
You can use your points on the store site though, no need to sign into the launcher or Main Menu.

I was able to log in before I changed my email and then it stopped allowing me to login. My sister has the same operating system as me and she is able to login. So, I'm not sure what is going on.
That's good that I can still use my points through the store. Will it be sent to the area where I download the content to my Launcher?
@nessatay2223 Yes, when you download an item you've purchased, the corresponding file appears in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads. The launcher can read it from there: open its Downloads tab, check the box next to the new item(s), and click Install. You can also remove already installed files from the Downloads folder for organizing purposes.
It's interesting that the change in email address caused the login issue. I don't know enough about how the launcher works to say exactly how that might happen, but cause and effect seem pretty obvious. Out of curiosity, what domains (e.g. gmail) do your old and new accounts use?
