Finally found a workaround to solve the problem!
What happens?
- When entering to thesims3.com it asks me for my credentials (login / password)
- When i go to www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html the session is lost ( it logs me out, don't know why...)
- When inside the page i send the form with my serial, i'm logged out so it throws me this server error.
Solution:
- Log in into thesims3.com
- Go to www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html. The session will be lost, but don't close the page.
- Open a page in a new tab and go to thesims3.com.
- Log in with the credentials. You are now logged in.
- Go to the tab where you have the URL www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html.
- Fullfill the form and send it.
- As you are now logged in, so the form is sent correctly.
- Game registered!
Very weird, but I leave it here in case someone has the same problem. Thanks to everybody that helped!
