Try chaning your password in origin if the sync is not working. This seems to work for some getting the sync to work so your games show up on the sim 3 web. Also clearing your internet browser helps and use Forefox or IE. Using crome or safari the sims web may give you issue

I already had the same email and password for both origin and the sims 3. I tried your suggestion of changing the password in origin and that did not work. I also tried clearing my internet browser (I always use firefox) and that did not work either. I bought the expansion bundle digitally on origin and generations showed up, but world adventures does not.

WA has issues. Your going to have to contact EA directly to fix your account since the forum helpers can not fix your account
