@Fanta_exotic12 Have sims in the affected save traveled to any of these worlds before? If so, please remove the .nhd files associated with these worlds, just as a test. Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Saves, and you'll see a folder with your save name. Inside that folder will be one .nhd file for each world that save has simulated. Don't remove the one for the homeworld, just the others, then try to travel.
If this works, your sims will land in a fresh copy of that world. You don't need to save your progress if you don't want to; the point here is to find out whether this works.
If this doesn't help, or your sims have never visited the worlds in question, try running an NRaas MasterController town reset. Click on City Hall and select NRaas > MC > Town Options > Reset Everything. It may take a few minutes for the process to complete, depending on the speed of your computer, and it'll let you know when it's done. When it is, use "save as" to rename the save (so the original remains intact as a backup), quit, delete the usual five cache files, reload, and see whether your sims can travel.
For reference the cache files are in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3, and these are their names:
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
It's best to delete them every time you quit the game or it crashes, at least while troubleshooting.
