Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

I would like to know what do this error message mean. 

"A serious error has occurred while loading Starlight Shores world. It's strongly recommended you restart the application."  I also have an attachment of the error message.

All I did was switch to a new computer, I removed everything from the previous computer, installed everything this is the last that is holding me up. This message comes up with any world I try to open. I have restarted the application multiple times nothing is working please help.
