Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

The EA Team is absolutely no help at all. I purchased the sims 3 Roaring Heights through the EA App and they sent me a code to redeem in the sims 3 store. The code did not work and was invalid. I tried every possibility and step of why it could not be working and nothing. Contacted for help and told me there is nothing they could do and couldn't refund. Is there any other way I can install the world other than repurchasing it?
