Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I bought a couple of worlds on the EA App in a bundle and some separate, which included barnacle bay, but I received a code that is not working on the "redeem a code" section on the sims3.com.

It's really not clear to me where to go with this issue. I find your support lacking, I submit a ticket but I hear no word from it.
